In the male dominant world, women entrepreneurs are found 1 in 100. However, I always wanted to break the stereotype and become a successful women entrepreneur and showcase the power of women to this world. Hence, that is how I started off with Nexplace Info Private Limited.


Along with moulding my portfolio, I wanted to provide jobs to the needy in order to eradicate unemployment.


Firstly, I started the company in the year 2019 with the support of a few people who believed in me. Although it wasn’t an easy step to start off an HR Consultancy company in this competitive world, I managed to build my own empire in a smarter way.


Govt. of India has defined women entrepreneurs as owning and controlling an enterprise with a woman having a minimum of 51% of capital & giving at least 51% of employment generated in the enterprise to women.


Being a women entrepreneur, I started to accept challenges irrespective of difficulties. Learned that hard work pays off if we aim high and be ambitious. It is very important to be innovative while planning, organizing & decision making. Also, sometimes we need to be ready to bear risks.

We focus on freshers & final year degree students as our focus is to eradicate unemployment I n India. Hence, we have conducted campus placement drive in many college in Bengaluru.

We conduct Job Mela every month where 1000s of candidates / job seekers walk-in for interview. We have provided job to around 300 candidates on an average during every job mela.
